Everytime i try login timeout error 2?? Update wanted or fix bug.Worked fine for 6mnd or so.

Since latest update camera plays for few seconds then get network connection timed out was having no problems until latest update will never buy sricam again

I have been using Sricam on 4 cams for years great app although I have had the recent problem with time out error 2. tried everything & have now solved my issue. All I did was I registered again using a new email address and readded my devices from scratch luckily I didnt need to re connect my cams to the router so would suggest registering with WiFi on I have SD cards installed so was also lucky not to lose recordings. may not work for everyone but worked for me.Regards simon

It was fine up until recent upgrade. Time out error 2, it will only work when one is connected to same wifi network, doesn't work on other wifi network other than the one connected to your phone when it was connected nor on the 4G. Has anybody manage to get a response from Sricam?

Timeout error 2. Am on holidays can’t see anything! Really annoying fix asap!

This timeout error 2 what is happening Sricam? This is terrible been away three weeks have not been able to access my security cameras? You owe it to the customers or your products to get this sorted asap and give a statement on this issue asap!!!

Please fix. Everyone who has these cameras is saying the same thing. time out error 2 is appearing all the time and it's getting super annoying. My cameras worked really well for 2 years, and all of a sudden they just do not seem to work anymore with this stupid time out error. PLEASE FIX ASAP

Sick of the timeout 2 errors all of the time for the past week or so. What’s happening? Please get this sorted ASAP! Seems to work sometimes when over WiFi connection on viewing devices but not on 4G which is pointless as I only access the camera when away from home on my mobile devices.

Is there any solution or updates coming from SRI cam? This timeout 2 issue and not being able to login to the cameras since this update is a big problem!! Its a security camera not a baby monitor come on Please get this issues fixed ASAP!

UTTER PILE OF SHIT. TOTAL S**CAM WI-FI NEVER WORK. CONSTANT 'CONNECTION TIMEOUT' SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET ANYTHING OTHER THAN THIS SHIT.

Pretty rubbish app (or camera) only works occasionally when it wants, views for about 30 seconds then "time out" can't log back in again or view camera. About as good as a chocolate teapot !!!
