cant turn the sensitivity on this app for there cam from 6 to lower, is there anyone to update this piece of device or app?
Is there going to be an update for this app any time soon. Did the developer change this app without notifying anyone?
What possible reason does the author of this code have to require my location when using this app? Let this be a warning to anyone considering the purchase of a product by this company.

Since late last years update the cameras reset their settings every 24 hours and stops alarm recording. Emailed them and they said a fix would be available soon... its been 8 months. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!
On Monday 2/15/2021 at 12pm Pacific time the app stopped sending alert email notifications. I’ve written two emails to the support center to ask if it’s an app issue or an email issue with no response. Please inform your users if you are no longer supporting this app and platform so we can seek a new product.
How long does it take to update something??
There anymore support for this app, it just get worst, not working at all
Worked great for a few months. I must have missed the expiration date when I bought it. It had a short life span. It doesn’t even make a good paper weight. Completely worthless. Spend a few extra $$$ and get something other than this waste of resources that was used to produce it.
Hello! Can you add a video editing ability? Need to speed thru long video. If possible, video download to phone option for sharing with law enforcement and others when an event happens? Thanks
Apr 20 2020 - my cam just turned itself on and started moving. U guys still spying on us?! Still same issues from review below. Nov 13 2019 -Latest update takes me to my phone settings every time I open the app. Why is that? Also keeps logging me off saying someone has logged me out... U guys spying on us???? Need answers!!!

Never liked very much the app but last two updates trashed my cam..... now useless Update after many updates: still one star working randomly. The main problem is hi (and like me lot people) spent money for a useless ip camera.
When I bought the cameras I can open the same camera in more than one device, but now I can’t, now when I open in one device and the open in another device the first one close so I can’t keep watching on the first one.
5 stars when it’s working correctly but u get one just for the app bc I cannot access any of my three cameras happens after every update: saying off-line red dot timeout error & just stopped working completely I have unplugged it I have reset it with the button in the back I have unplugged my Wi-Fi and plugged it back in it I’ve disconnected every connection available & nothing they were perfect b4 this update now I can’t even use any of the three good thing I have a different kind for the important areas it is imperative For safety reasons that I can access my cameras please hurry
I have had this for one year and still cannot get it to record and playback on iPhone. It won’t even connect on pc. Can’t edit settings. Has a noise, like a motor running. Notifications are impossible to setup. Need computer degree which I don’t have. Is in same room as router and 6 feet from router and is constantly off line.
Can we please get a app for Mac computers.
I purchased a SriCam Camera almost a year ago and the first time setting it up was so quick and easy. What the heck happened to your software??? You have progressively made it worse. You’re better rollout back to a version from a year ago and then STOP TOUCHING IT!!! I have a camera that doesn’t work because the process for connecting it to Wi-Fi is not working. It tells you to connect to the camera then go back to the app and then nothing.....nothing happens, there are no buttons to click or anything to configure just a static page. The only option is to tap on “Back” which takes you back to square one. So you much restart the configuration again. PLEASE SRICAM!!!! Fix your software!!! I’ve got three useless SriCam IP Cameras just sitting gathering dust because your software is so poorly written and I’m not sure you even conduct any QA testing. If you’re not experienced enough to code an proper iOS App, please seek help from people who are willing to help you.
I’m very disappointed in this camera it crashes constantly and it is very hard to set up it is just a lousy system will not buy this type of camera again
After the update everything just turned upside down it used to record on my 32gb on standard definition for 6-7 days, now even on 64gb memory card it records for 3days on all my sricam cameras this is a very bad update really.
The app gives me an error. Previously would delete app and add the app login and started again. Today no luck so far.
The latest update caused all of my cameras not to load the video! Please fix or maybe I need to go with more Merkury Innovations Geeni Cameras!
Cameras worked great for 2 years. Updated 2 weeks ago and they all stopped working. The next update made them work on data only no WiFi (which was fine at least I could still use them). Then they got that fixed, but they would tune out several times before opening. Now another update and they only work on WiFi in my home. Which does me no good. I don’t need to use them while I’m home. Fix them please. It’s ridiculous to keep having so many updates.
I’d give 0 stars but I can’t! Always issues with these cameras with this app. Im about to toss them in the trash and try a different brand.
The new update is showing all my cameras online but when I go to click them they just time out. Tried rebooting and reinstalling app with same issues. Running iPhone 8 latest iOS

Got my stuff back on second attempt to fix it but app keeps shutting down after a few seconds. Not stable.
The camera system worked just fine until 2 days ago cut all the camera off of the app and isn’t allowing to sign back on. When trying to set back up the screen freezes. I hope this will be fixed soon!
Do not update !!! U will loose ALL your settings !!! It s so stupid overall when U are away and need your camera and unable to set iit upa again !!!

You updated the app 2 days ago and now when i open the app, its nig working, it doesnt show my 2 cameras on device list and app keeps crashing. I tried to reset the camera but hnable to cinfigure it anymore on ios. I am able to configure it on my desktop. Please revert back to veraion 4.5

New update and camera was removed from my app and now I’m not able to add it back on to my app it gets stuck loading every time even reset it. ;(
